These Terms explain the rules for using coolshedlabs.com and buying, downloading or using Coolshed Labs WordPress plugins. By using this website or our products, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

Coolshed Labs is a UK-based creator of WordPress plugins, including BandStand, FlowScroll, FlowNav and FlowText. You can contact us through the contact page on this website.

2. Our products

Coolshed Labs products are digital WordPress plugins and related files, documentation, updates and support. Product descriptions, screenshots and demos are provided to help you decide whether a plugin is right for your site, but your exact results may depend on your WordPress theme, hosting, browser, third-party plugins and content.

3. Purchases, payments and taxes

Paid products are sold as digital downloads. Payments may be processed by Lemon Squeezy or another trusted payment provider. They may act as Merchant of Record and may handle checkout, payment processing, tax/VAT, invoices and refunds.

Prices may change from time to time. The price shown at checkout is the price that applies to your purchase.

4. Licences

Unless stated otherwise on the relevant product page, a paid Coolshed Labs plugin purchase provides a licence for up to three WordPress site activations. Licence keys may be used to activate the plugin and provide access to downloads, updates and support.

You must not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense or make Coolshed Labs plugins available as standalone products or downloads. You may use a plugin as part of a client website if your licence allows that use, but you may not transfer or sell the plugin itself separately.

5. Lifetime licence wording

Where we describe a plugin as a lifetime licence, we mean a one-off payment for the version of the plugin you buy, plus access to future updates for that product for as long as Coolshed Labs continues to maintain and provide that product. A lifetime licence does not mean lifetime custom work, lifetime guaranteed feature development, or support for abandoned third-party systems.

6. Updates and support

We aim to keep our plugins useful, secure and compatible with modern WordPress versions. Support is provided in good faith, usually by email or through the contact/support routes on this website.

We may need details about your WordPress version, theme, plugins, browser or hosting environment to diagnose an issue. We cannot guarantee compatibility with every theme, plugin, custom codebase or hosting setup.

7. Free plugins and demos

Free versions, demos and trial downloads are provided as-is so you can explore functionality before buying. They may have limits compared with paid versions.

8. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our Refund & Returns Policy. Where a product includes a 30-day money-back guarantee, that guarantee applies as described on the refund page.

9. Website use

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to break its security, copy private content, overload the service, scrape it aggressively, or use it to distribute spam, malware or unlawful material.

10. Intellectual property

The Coolshed Labs name, branding, website copy, designs, plugin code, product names and related materials belong to Coolshed Labs or its licensors unless stated otherwise. WordPress and WooCommerce are trademarks of their respective owners and are not affiliated with Coolshed Labs.

11. Availability and changes

We may update, improve, rename, replace or discontinue parts of the website or our plugins over time. We may also change these Terms when needed. The latest version will be published on this page.

12. Liability

We work hard to make reliable products, but Coolshed Labs plugins and this website are provided without any promise that they will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every possible use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, lost data, business interruption or issues caused by third-party services, themes, plugins, hosting, custom code or misuse.

13. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law, including rights that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless mandatory local consumer protection laws say otherwise.
