This policy explains how refunds work for Coolshed Labs digital WordPress plugins, including BandStand, FlowScroll, FlowNav and FlowText.

Our 30-day money-back guarantee

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Every paid Coolshed Labs plugin comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full.

How to request a refund

Contact us through the contact page on coolshedlabs.com within 30 days of purchase and include:

  • The email address used for the purchase.
  • Your order number or licence key, if you have it.
  • The plugin name and a short note about what went wrong or why it was not the right fit.

We aim to respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds promptly.

How refunds are processed

Our products may be sold through Lemon Squeezy or another payment provider. Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method through the relevant checkout/payment provider. Depending on your bank, card provider or payment method, it may take a few business days for the funds to appear.

Digital products

Coolshed Labs plugins are digital downloads delivered with licence keys. Digital goods cannot be physically returned, but our voluntary 30-day guarantee gives you a simple route to a refund during the guarantee period. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

After 30 days

After the 30-day window, we do not offer refunds as standard. If you hit a genuine technical fault that we cannot resolve, please contact us. We will always try to put things right and may handle exceptional cases individually.

Licence access after a refund

When a refund is issued, your licence key, download access, updates and support for that purchase may be cancelled or disabled.

One-off payments

Our paid plugins are sold as one-off payments with lifetime licences unless a product page says otherwise. There are no recurring subscription charges or renewals to cancel.

Chargebacks

If there is a problem with a purchase, please contact us first. We can usually resolve issues faster than a chargeback. Raising a chargeback without contacting us may result in the related licence being suspended while the payment dispute is reviewed.
